Age Ventures India (AVI) is a private, not-for-profit Trust established by Late Mr Amal Ganguli, former President of the Governing Board of 'HelpAge India.' Age Ventures India is associated with Senior Estate from its conceptualisation and will continue as a service provider to the residents after completion of the project. It will provide a host of tailor-made services encompassing health, nutrition and social activities. It will manage the Senior Estate Club and provide medical support and holistic healthcare.
AVI has tied-up with Pacifica Senior Living (USA) as its knowledge partner, with effect from January 2015, to share best practices and expertise of managing multiple retirement communities with diverse levels of elderly care. Age Ventures India has retirement homes under operation in Bengaluru and Ahmedabad. It has retirement homes coming up in Sohna, Gurgaon; is an operating consultant to a retirement home in Jabalpur and has a care home under management in Gurgaon, named Hibiscus.
